Objective:
Benchmark Auto Service was bought by new owners and they needed to get their name and story out into their community. The goal was to make a website and other marketing materials that communicated their services and mission while projecting a warm and trustworthy aesthetic.
Process:
I collaborated with the new owners to complete relevant marketing materials
- I interviewed them about each of their services asking why each is important, how it works within the vehicle, and what the specifics are in layman's terms.
- I conducted keyword research and wrote a separate page of copy for each service to improve website search rankings.
- I used google analytics to identify low performing pages and made improvements to content accordingly.
- I directed and photographed a photoshoot of the shop, the owners, and its equipment and amenities.
- I used Adobe Photoshop to edit photos and create attractive compositions for both digital and print media
- I coded website components using current SEO and ADA compliant standards.
- I created Google Adwords campaigns for each service to direct targeted local traffic to the site.
- I updated Facebook, Instagram and Google accounts with both organic and paid campaigns including photography, service promotions and helpful tips.
